Friends had recommended Goettlers to us when we first moved to Stratford and it has become our go-to place for furniture and furnishings-- great selection, excellent prices, and exemplary service! Recently, we decided to buy end tables and a new rug, so off we went to Goettlers. We were warmly greeted by the co-owner, Vivi Goettler, and then her sales assistant Sharon took over. Sharon was so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful, and made us feel like guests not just customers. She even identified several items which suited our needs and were actually on sale, saving us hundreds of dollars! It is this kind of positive attitude and dedicated service that truly sets Goettlers apart!

We’ve dealt with Goetlers several times over many years. They always have the best quality and prices in the area. On our latest purchase Sharon was able to have chairs made by the same Canadian manufacturer as a sofa we bought 2 years ago. When it arrived everything was a perfect match. The delivery was easily scheduled and the delivery team were very professional and helpful in getting the chairs moved in to their new home. For quality, value pricing and old school setvice Goetlers is simply the best around.

I have to say today was the best experience I’ve ever had shopping for furniture. The store is amazing and everyone was so friendly , no pushy sales people , just great and helpful advice . I live a bit of a drive away so was texting a lot of questions . they were all answered promptly and helped me decide the drive would be worth it . I’m so glad I did because we bought the sectional ! So excited to snuggle up on my side with a tea ,brewed in the most thoughtful gift , a TEA POT !!! Thanks again for the time and patience with all my questions .
